What is the timeline for the project?
Every project is different by nature. OCD will give a fair estimate on time that it will take. With 33 yrs experience, OCD can get pretty close on how long your project will take. We will have this one on one communication throughout your project and you will know every little detail before you accept our bid.

What is the total budget for construction?
The national average price range for a home remodel ranges from $1,540 – $4,302. However, some homeowners pay as much as $20,000 – $30,500 to renovate their homes. This cost includes labor and materials, and varies based on the type of remodel, the materials used, and how extensive the renovations are.

How is renovation project initiated?
You make the call to OCD at 864-283-6201. Lisa Gunderson our project co-ordinator will schedule you for an onsite inspection of work you want completed. Bryan or Shane and sometimes both will arrive the day that Lisa scheduled your appointment. We will then work on a quote for materials and labor broken down and itemized in great detail. We will then verify work to be done is there and priced correct, we attach our general liability insurance and send your custom quote to you. Upon viewing, if you like the quote and would like to proceed, press the accept button on the quote that is sent to you through our software program called SQUARE. Upon us getting your acceptance email, Lisa will call you and coordinate a time for your project to begin.
